Administers KFB’s Document Systems infrastructure.  Ensures the accuracy and efficacy of these systems, monitors their performance, and proactively suggests process improvements. Verifies and reviews system related documents/reports including installation procedures.  Develops and implements infrastructure and technology platforms. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. Performs system-wide/cross-functional administration. Participates in some application development as it pertains to the Document Systems applications. Participates in solving highly technical and complex problems on multiple projects and provides consultative support to internal staff.



Learns, supports, and improves multiple technical platforms to support KFB Document related functions.

Supports Document Systems software and processes outside of normal KFB office hours, both for routine work (such as on-call) and one-time events (such as disaster recovery events, major application deployments or production break-fixes).

Participates in onsite and offsite Disaster Recovery Exercises.

Serves as a role model and leader to those in IT and throughout the organization.

Applies the KFB Guiding Principles of Connectivity, Championing People, Customer Service, and Operational Excellence in daily work and decision making.

Provides feedback for staff, to help professional development plans and goals in a timely and effective manner.

Regular, predictable attendance as employee has to physically be in the office.

Fulfills administrative reporting requirements.

Documents standards and procedures as related to computer operations and maintenance.

Contributes to updates DR testing procedures as necessary.

Maintains knowledge of computer technical subjects deemed necessary to fulfill the essential requirements of the job.

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science, information systems, or mathematics) or a combination of formal education, training, and experience to acquire knowledge and skills generally equivalent to those possessed by a college graduate

1-3 years of professional technology experience with a concentration in distributed technologies

Any current experience with Abobe Acrobat DC, C#, Java, or JavaScript a plus.

Certifications a plus

Experience with Hyland OnBase, Opentext Exstream, Racami Alcheme, or Keymark Kofax preferred.

Average keyboarding skills

Good verbal and written communications
