Responsible for the setup and operation of audio and video equipment for Federation events and conferences. Manager of all Federation Audio Visual equipment to include monitoring use, distribution, and maintenance. Responsible for determining each event’s audio-visual needs and developing the onsite plans – including sourcing outside vendors as needed. Assist with event registration website development and maintenance. Maintain a calendar of production and support activities for events.
Setup and operate AV equipment for Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation events.
Serve as liaison to hired AV personnel at events.
Oversee distribution of Federation AV equipment to staff as needed for events.
Conduct training of Federation employees on use of AV equipment.
Serve as the event website backup staff person. This would include building of registration websites, maintaining registration websites and onsite registration.
Assist in preparing invoices for outstanding payments due to Kentucky Farm Bureau for events and functions.
Assist in receiving and entering payments into the event registration system.
Responsible for submitting invoices and payment requests to the Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation accounting department and assist in event budget preparations.
Compile event histories.
Prepare event setup diagrams using event software.
Build and maintain inventory of event signage and handle the preparations and purchase of new signage in conjunction with the Communication Division.
Build and maintain inventory of name badge stock, badge holders, and lanyards.
Prepare event evaluations and compile results of each evaluation for distribution to staff and leadership.
Assist with event worker schedule preparations.
Prepare text lists and/or other communication lists for each event
Maintain a calendar of activities for events that our division supports.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Combination of formal education, training, and experience to acquire knowledge and skills generally equivalent to those possessed by a college graduate.
Intermediate knowledge in technical equipment.
Intermediate knowledge in online registration software.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE /OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Courteous telephone manner.
Working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to coordinate and complete several tasks under time constraints.
Ability to interact effectively with a team concept.
Willingness to perform work assignments after office hours and weekends to meet job demands.
Willingness to travel overnight and weekends to attend meetings as needed.
