Review, analyze, & modify programming for software applications including designing, programming, encoding, testing, debugging & installing to support organization’s computer applications using Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration and Integration, IntelliJ Development Environment, SQL Server, GIT, Jira, and Agile; take lead role in dealing with users in defining new software applications; prepare technical design and program specifications; mentor software developers; and recommend vendor application and development software for software applications. A master’s degree in computer science, computer applications, computer information systems, business analytics, math, or mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering and three years’ post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or Configuration and Integration Developer, or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer applications, computer information systems, business analytics, math, or mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering and five years’ post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or Configuration and Integration Developer are required. Proficiency in using Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration and Integration, IntelliJ Development Environment, SQL Server, GIT, Jira, and Agile, as shown by three years of experience in these areas is required. The rate of pay is one hundred twenty-eight thousand five hundred eighty-six dollars, which equals or exceeds the prevailing wage on the applicable prevailing wage determination.
