APPLICATION PROGRAMMER ANALYST II (Business Analytics)

Using business analytics methods to analyze, design, and develop application requirements and system specifications; Review, analyze, & modify programming systems including designing, programming, encoding, testing, debugging & installing to support organization’s computer applications using Datastage, Collibra, SQL, SQL Server, Power BI, and Python; take lead role in dealing with users in defining new systems; and prepare technical design and program specifications. A master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in business analytics, computer science, computer applications, computer information systems and three years’ post-baccalaureate experience as a member technical or software developer are required or a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in business analytics, computer science, computer applications, computer information systems and five years’ post-baccalaureate experience as member technical or software developer. Proficiency in using Datastage, Collibra, SQL, SQL Server, Power BI, and Python as shown by one year of experience in these areas is required.
