APPLICATION PROGRAMMER ANALYST III

 

Review, analyze, & modify programming for software applications including designing, programming, encoding, testing, debugging & installing to support organization’s computer applications using Guidewire Claim Center Configuration and Integration, IntelliJ Development Environment, SQL Server, GIT, Jira,  and Agile; take lead role in dealing with users in defining new software applications; prepare technical design and program specifications; mentor software developers; and recommend vendor application and development software for software applications. A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, computer applications, computer information systems, business analytics, math, or mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering and five years’ post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Application Development Engineer, or Programmer/Analyst or a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, computer applications, computer information systems, business analytics, math, or mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering and three years’ post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Application Development Engineer, or Programmer/Analyst are required. Proficiency in using Guidewire  Claim Center Configuration and Integration, IntelliJ Development Environment, SQL Server, GIT, Jira,  and Agile, as shown by five years of experience in these areas is required. Multiple positions are available.
