The property adjuster I provides prompt, courteous, and fair claim service on major property claims within all territory handled out of the district claim office to which he/she is assigned. Will also function as a catastrophe team member when the team is mobilized. All job activities should be carried out in a professional manner consistent with company policy and supervisory instruction. The primary focus of this job will be to support Avizion Insurance Solutions, LLC, (AIS) operations in providing excellent service to insureds, and to the Agency Force of partner Farm Bureau companies who contract with AIS. Customer Service will be provided in situations where our partner Farm Bureau’s members need assistance with products offered by AIS. This position will also answer insured payment questions and help with the backend processing of endorsements and cancellations, system testing, and mail.

Serves as the point of contact with customers related to repairs to automobiles and motorcycles. Prepares and audits auto repair estimates, which accurately reflect the reasonable operations required to repair an automobile or motorcycle. This is to be accomplished in a prompt, courteous, and fair manner. Promotes and maintains positive relationships acting as a liaison with our partners and customers in the auto repair process. Will work closely with collision repair facilities to negotiate repair processes and pricing.

*This is a on-site 3rd shift position. Hours are Tuesday - Saturday 11pm - 7:15am*
Position exists to provide support for the Production batch cycle process and to deploy updates to IT applications with focus on meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and maintaining system availability. Individuals in this role provide 24-hour monitoring of KFB’s Production and Test environments and collaborate with other IT technical staff to troubleshoot job failures or processing delays.

This position assists the Financial Reporting Leadership in developing and maintaining accounting systems along with recording and analyzing financial transactions and financial reporting. Performs complex accounting transactions. and follows appropriate procedures for timely and accurate preparation of reports. Responsible for assisting Financial Reporting Accountant II and I with work product and escalating significant matters to the Financial Reporting Supervisor or Manager.
