Serves as the point of contact with customers related to repairs to automobiles and motorcycles. Prepares and audits auto repair estimates, which accurately reflect the reasonable operations required to repair an automobile or motorcycle. Responsible for hardware and software computer support. Maintain computer equipment and software inventories. Assist in maintaining iMIS membership system. Responsible for portable communication technology, copiers, purchasing supplies and assist with facility projects and special events, A/V equipment. Maintain office equipment inventories.
The property claim adjuster I provides prompt, courteous, and fair claim service on major property claims within all territory handled out of the district claim office to which he/she is assigned.
