Responsibilities include answering questions for customers, agents, State Office personnel and mortgagee/lienholders.   Analyze and solve problems as they arise.  Knowledge of policy coverages for all lines of insurance.  Provide record of activity and substantiating evidence for use by Claims personnel and legal defense. 

* This is a part-time position* Analyze and process policy changes, reinstatements and cancellations via multiple data entry systems.   Requests are received from agents, insured or State Office personnel.   Ensure accurate and complete information is obtained prior to processing and that all information is properly entered and formatted.  Correct nightly batch cycle errors.  Analyze and solve problems as they arise.

*This position is for the Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation*   Assist the Director of Commodity Division, Certified Farm Market Specialist, Commodity Marketing Specialist, Livestock Marketing Specialist, and Commodity Program Coordinator by performing administrative and data entry duties.   Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of program areas. 

*Applicant must reside in the Western/South Western portion of Kentucky* Provide support and direction to Agency Managers, Agents and Agency Staff on all activities necessary to operate a successful insurance agency marketing Farm Bureau products and services. Provide a directional foundation for Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) departments in their field facing role of supporting the successful operation of an insurance agency. Act as an advocate of positive harmonious relationships between the influencing parties that deliver, service, support and manage KFB products and service.
