The Live Production & Data Intern, Kentucky Farm Bureau Studios is responsible for assisting with KFB Studios live & recorded studio productions as well as assisting in the maintenance of the Communication Department media server. This role will be assigned to assist in tasks such as video projects to edit, operating studio cameras, lighting, audio, and maintaining video and server equipment within the studio and editing facilities. These can consist of training videos, internal videos, and external social media videos. Videos edited will be under the direction of the Live Production Supervisor and Manager, KFB Studios to approve creativity and quality.
The Communications Intern will assist the Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Communications team with writing, creating, curating and distributing a variety of internal- and external-facing projects throughout the summer. The right candidate for this job will possess a strong command of the written word, an eye for detail as well as an eye for design, good organizational and time management skills, and a desire to work and learn in a team environment. This intern can expect to gain valuable experience in the communications field and will add quality items to his/her portfolio of professional work samples.
The Video Production Intern, Kentucky Farm Bureau Studios is responsible for assisting with KFB Studios Field Productions and Studio Productions. This role will be assigned tasks such as video projects to edit, operating cameras, lighting, audio, and loading and maintaining gear. These can consist of training videos, internal videos, and external social media videos. Videos edited will be under the direction of the Manager, KFB Studios to approve creativity and quality. This position will also aid with the organization of the Studios video server. Video Production Intern, KFB Studios should write a report at the end of their internship that reflects on what they’ve learned by being a part of the communication department, but also note areas that they see the department can improve on.
Establishes and enforces policies for securing computers and information resources. Analyzes security requirements of the Company and develops specifications for use and access to corporate resources. Directs the evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of software and hardware required to enforce and monitor established policies.
The Internal Audit Intern will assist in evaluating existing internal control documentation, testing current processes and procedures, and providing recommendations. Working under the guidance of Internal Audit, the Internal Audit Intern is expected to constructively work with all departments to improve internal controls across the company.
The Intern in Policy Services may cross train in several different areas depending on the workload and needs of the department. The Intern must have high attention to detail and an interest in learning about insurance contracts, insurance systems, and insurance services. This role also requires good customer service skills and the ability to work well on a team. Must be able to effectively express ideas verbally and in written form.
