The claim adjuster I will complete required training and education activities in preparation for a career as a claim professional; provide assistance in accordance with supervisor instructions; and provide prompt, courteous and fair claim service. Serves as the point of contact with customers related to repairs to automobiles and motorcycles. Prepares and audits auto repair estimates, which accurately reflect the reasonable operations required to repair an automobile or motorcycle. This is to be accomplished in a prompt, courteous, and fair manner. Promotes and maintains positive relationships acting as a liaison with our partners and customers in the auto repair process.
