The Video Production Intern, Kentucky Farm Bureau Studios is responsible for assisting with KFB Studios Field Productions and Studio Productions.   This role will be assigned tasks such as video projects to edit, operating cameras, lighting, audio, and loading and maintaining gear.  These can consist of training videos, internal videos, and external social media videos. Videos edited will be under the direction of the Manager, KFB Studios to approve creativity and quality. This position will also aid with the organization of the Studios video server.  Video Production Intern, KFB Studios should write a report at the end of their internship that reflects on what they’ve learned by being a part of the communication department, but also note areas that they see the department can improve on.

Analyze and process policy changes, reinstatements and cancellations via multiple data entry systems.   Requests are received from agents, insured or State Office personnel.   Ensure accurate and complete information is obtained prior to processing and that all information is properly entered and formatted.  Correct nightly batch cycle errors.  Analyze and solve problems as they arise.

Position exists to provide 2nd tier end user support for mobile devices and oversee the services and billing for those accounts, as well as, provide a quality assurance function for systems-related KFB projects through testing in the KFB Model Office/semi-Production environment.  Position is responsible for Help Center/Field Support Representative escalations, purchasing and tracking end user technologies for asset management purposes, including reconciliation of monthly Agency equipment leases.  This individual will be considered “on call” for critical issues related to mobile device support. Position will maintain the Model Office test lab, develop test plans in cooperation with user departments, ensure that software meets usage requirements, and coordinate all desktop distributions to KFB computers.
