This position is responsible for the analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications and/or systems software including: Analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application. The focus is on coding internally developed applications and/or configuring commercial-off-the-shelf applications using programming, scripting, and database languages. Relies on entry level experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, including: Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
The Accounting Operations team is responsible for supporting both customer-facing and internal-facing accounting and reporting initiatives and processes. The Accounting Operations Specialist 1 will work closely with the Cash Operations Supervisor, providing support to the business along with implementing operational efficiencies. Responsibilities of this role will include all aspects of Accounts Receivable transactions and processes.
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of general and preventive maintenance services and support for all KFB facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the coordination and management of services such as cleaning, security and fire systems maintenance, recycling, lawn and landscaping, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The Facilities Coordinator will collaborate with people at all levels within the organization to help provide a functional, safe, clean, and well-maintained office environment facilities experience for all KFB associates and guests.
Position exists to provide a centralized reporting and problem resolution facility to support users of Information Technology. User support will be given by researching, analyzing, and resolving Information Technology user problems. Individuals in this position record all calls received and initiate appropriate corrective action.

The Field Support Representative is the mobilized team member responsible for the Regional Claim and Agency Office technology needs. This position is responsible for making sure that each office has their hardware and software up and functioning on a daily basis to assure they can serve KFB members and customers. Technology and system connection is essential for every person and office that the FSR serves. Position serves as a liaison between State Office systems personnel and end users. Provides training for computer system users. Perform a wide range of activities to improve understanding and use of information systems among company and agency staff. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Individual relies on experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
The associate claim adjuster will complete required training and education activities in preparation for a career as a claim professional; provide assistance in accordance with supervisor instructions; and provide prompt, courteous and fair claim service.
The associate property claim adjuster provides prompt, courteous, and fair claim service on major property claims within all territory handled out of the district claim office to which he/she is assigned. Will also function as a catastrophe team member when the team is mobilized. All job activities should be carried out in a professional manner consistent with company policy and supervisory instruction.

The focus of this job will be to support KFB Agency, Inc. brokerage operations in providing quality service to the Kentucky Farm Bureau Agency Force in situations where our members’ insurance needs are outside the scope of products offered or underwritten by Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. This includes the areas of policy maintenance, policy billing, entering direct and agency bill commission statements, and other support functions. The duties of this job will be fulfilled using thorough judgment, broad technical skills, and a positive attitude, focused on adding value through excellent customer service to our internal and external stakeholders. This role consists of a training and development program that will prepare the participant to become an insurance brokerage professional. This participant will learn the responsibilities of brokerage staff, rules, procedures, and workflows for the Agency Assistant position and the Agency Support Representative position.
