Serves as the point of contact with customers related to repairs to automobiles and motorcycles. Prepares and audits auto repair estimates, which accurately reflect the reasonable operations required to repair an automobile or motorcycle. This position coordinates and manages subrogation and collection activities to ensure efficient and effective processing of subrogation files as directed by Subrogation Supervisor.
