This role serves as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant handling of employee relations matters while developing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and long-term retention.

Works as part of the Claims Support Admin team to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers, including members, agents, and claim staff with vendor-enhanced claim functions. Responsible for collecting and monitoring claim data and preparing reports related to claim operations. Performs administrative duties as directed to support the day-to-day functions of the Claims Department and the Claim Management team.

This position plans, organizes, and executes special events from conception to completion. Collaborates with the Events Manager and internal and external stakeholders to ensure events are organized and executed flawlessly. Coordinates all amenities, accommodations, and day-of logistics. Monitors and controls event budgets and accurately records event expenses for budgeting purposes.
