*This position is 1st shift, Part-Time* Position exists to provide support for the Production batch Print/Mail process and ensure customer document integrity with focus on meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and statutory mailing requirements. Individuals in this role provide 1st and 3rd shift monitoring of print workflow jobs, as well as operating high-volume print and inserter machinery. Individuals in this position generate policyholder documents, claims checks, etc. for daily mail and collaborate with other technical staff to troubleshoot print job failures, as well as hardware issues with print/mail machinery
** THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION** Position exists to provide support for the Production batch cycle process and to deploy updates to IT applications with focus on meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and maintaining system availability. Individuals in this role provide 24-hour monitoring of KFB’s Production and Test environments and collaborate with other IT technical staff to troubleshoot job failures or processing delays.
The Claim Representative-PIP Unit handles no-fault claims from all claim offices within the state of Kentucky to ensure efficient and effective processing of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.
Responsibilities include answering questions for customers, agents, State Office personnel and mortgagee/lienholders. Analyze and solve problems as they arise. Knowledge of policy coverages for all lines of insurance. Provide record of activity and substantiating evidence for use by Claims personnel and legal defense.
The associate property claim adjuster provides prompt, courteous, and fair claim service on major property claims within all territory handled out of the district claim office to which he/she is assigned. Will also function as a catastrophe team member when the team is mobilized. All job activities should be carried out in a professional manner consistent with company policy and supervisory instruction.
This position will work in a support role to the Claim, Product & Risk Management, Information Technology, and Agency Support & Marketing departments as they provide service to KFB members and stakeholders in the field. Position will allow for exposure to claim projects, claim reporting, claim handling procedures, the life cycle of the insurance policy, and the support of internal and external customers.
